Justine Henin (known as Justine Henin-Hardenne 2002–2007), (born 1 June 1982) is a retired professional Belgian tennis player. On 14 May 2008, Henin announced her immediate retirement from professional tennis. She was 25 years old and ranked World No. 1 at the time of her retirement. Billie Jean King has said that "pound for pound, Henin is the best tennis player of her generation."

Henin won 41 WTA singles titles and more than US$19 million in prize money. Seven of those titles were Grand Slam singles titles, including four French Open titles, one Australian Open title, and two US Open titles. She also won the year-ending Sony Ericsson Championships twice and the singles gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Tennis experts cite her mental toughness, the completeness and variety of her game, her footspeed and footwork, and her one-handed backhand (which John McEnroe has described as the best single-handed backhand in the women's or men's game) as the principal reasons for her success.

Roddick was on the United States Davis Cup team which won the 2007 Davis Cup. Roddick defeated Dmitry Tursunov of the Russian Davis Cup team, the defending champions, in the final.

Roddick was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Jerry and Blanche Roddick. Roddick's father was a businessman and his mother was a school teacher. She now directs the Andy Roddick Foundation. Roddick has two older brothers, Lawrence and John, (All-American tennis player at University of Georgia (1996-98) and head tennis coach at the University of Oklahoma) who were both promising tennis players at a young age.

Roddick lived in Austin, Texas, from age 4 until he was 10, then moved to Boca Raton, Florida in the interest of his brother John's tennis career, where he lived, first attending Boca Prep International School which Mardy Fish and later Jesse Levine also attended, until graduating from Highlands Christian Academy in 2000. Roddick played varsity basketball in high school alongside Davis Cup teammate Mardy Fish, who trained and lived with Roddick in 1999. During that time period, he sometimes trained with Venus and Serena Williams; he later moved back to Austin.

Roddick began dating singer Mandy Moore in 2002. Moore, after reading a magazine article about him, thought he was "really cute", so she sent her mother who was attending a tournament in Toronto, to invite him to her set on a movie she was shooting nearby, "How to Deal". Roddick accepted and they began dating. Roddick ended the relationship in March 2004.

Lonely and bored one night, Roddick was flipping through the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue when he spotted Brooklyn Decker, a fashion model. He had his agent contact her. The two dated since at least the 2007 Davis Cup. On March 31, 2008, Roddick announced on his website that he and Brooklyn had become engaged and they were then married in Austin on April 17, 2009.

Andy Murray was born to Willie and Judy in Glasgow, Scotland. His maternal grandfather Roy Erskine was a professional footballer who played reserve team matches for Hibernian and senior football for Stirling Albion; Murray has a bipartite patella, where the kneecap remains as two separate bones instead of fusing together in early childhood. Murray attended Dunblane Primary School, where he experienced the Dunblane Massacre of 1996. Thomas Hamilton killed 17 people, mostly children who were in a younger age group than Murray, before turning one of his four guns on himself. Murray himself took cover in a classroom. Murray says he was too young to understand what was happening and is reluctant to talk about it in interviews, but in his autobiography Hitting Back he says that he attended a youth group run by Hamilton, and that his mother gave him rides in her car. Murray went on to attend Dunblane High School.

Murray's girlfriend since 2006 is Kim Sears, daughter of Nigel Sears, former tennis coach of the Slovak player Daniela Hantuchová. The couple live in a house in Surrey.

Murray supports two professional football teams. As a result of his grandfather playing for Hibernian, Murray supports them as well as Wolverhampton Wanderers due to the influence of Great Britain's Davis Cup Captain John Lloyd (a noted Wolves fan himself). Murray is often seen wearing the Wolves shirt that was presented to him by Lloyd.
